BIMobject Joins BMA

The Bathroom Manufacturers Association has announced that BIMobject has joined the trade body as its latest affiliate. A global technology company, BIMobject makes building and interior products digitally accessible to designers, specifiers and procurers. Alex Lubbock, UK Managing Director of BIMobject will be among the speakers at the BMA’s Online Sustainability Forum on 1 July.

BMA’s Chief Executive, Tom Reynolds, welcomed the company to the association: “It is great to have BIMobject on board as our latest affiliate member BIM Object. As the construction industry considers how it will ‘come back better’ after coronavirus a lot of the attention will be on digitalisation. We’re looking forward to collaborating with Alex and his team to explore how they can help BMA members with that agenda.”

Alex Lubbock, UK Managing Director of BIMobject added: “As the world’s largest BIM content platform and with several BMA members listing their products on the platform, it felt natural for us to be part of the association. Bimobject is at the forefront of the digitalsation drive in the building industry, which will bring more precise design phases, lower costs, greater sustainability, and future-proofed property management. We hope all manufacturers will join us in that drive.”
