Affiliate BMA member NSF, a global leader in water safety and quality, proudly supports the 2024 conference, which will bring together leaders from bathroom manufacturing for two days of inspiring talks, collaboration, and networking.
Held on September 16th and 17th at the iconic Queens Hotel in Leeds, this year’s theme is ‘building growth’, a topic of significance under the new Labour Government as the nation seeks to turn a corner on a sluggish economy and to get Britain building again.
NSF’s history and its mission to improve human and planet health reflects our theme. From its beginning 80 years ago, the organisation has grown to be a global leader in developing robust public health standards and services that help protect the world’s water, food, consumer products, and the environment.
“We are delighted to support the BMA Conference again, as it provides a crucial platform to share insights and opportunities directly with sector professionals.“ said Vincent Boks, Managing Director of EMEA Water, NSF. “Our product certification schemes have never been more relevant, particularly NSF REG4 and NSF 350, which play a crucial role in enabling compliance, reliability and sustainability. These certifications not only minimise water waste and reduce undue consumption but also promote water reuse, instilling confidence in the industry’s dedication to sustainability and regulatory compliance.
“By obtaining these certifications, manufacturers demonstrate their commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility, which can lead to increased market share and consumer trust. We look forward to exploring these benefits with the delegates and discussing how our certifications can contribute to the sector’s growth and sustainability goals.”
With many speakers confirmed, including Experian’s Chief Economist, Mohammed Chaudhri, the building growth topic will be explored in depth through the economic landscape, challenging our mindset and how bathroom manufacturers can contribute to getting Britain building for affordable and sustainable construction.
BMA’s Chief Executive Tom Reynolds said, “There is a renewed sense of optimism in the UK. A political reset is very welcome, and we’re excited to explore how that will translate into growth for our sector.
“Seeing NSF return as a sponsor for the conference is also highly welcome. Their commitment to ESG practices for safe water systems is a testament to their professionalism and shows how growth can be achieved while ensuring public health and safety.”
“As the conference date grows ever nearer, we’re grateful for the support shown by NSF and others, and we look forward to welcoming our delegates to what promises to be a highly informative two days.”
