June 24, 2025, marked a landmark moment for our industry – the official launch of the Bathroom Association at InstallerSHOW. If you weren’t able to attend in person, don’t worry – you can watch the full recording of the launch event here.
We’re proud to share not just a new name and a new look but a renewed purpose: to unite the whole bathroom supply chain under one influential, inclusive, and future-focused community.
“Today we officially become the Bathroom Association. A new name, a new look, and a renewed sense of purpose,” said our Chief Executive, Tom Reynolds, as he opened the launch event.
Together with Association President Craig Baker, Tom outlined the journey that brought us here, from our origins as the Council of British Ceramic Sanitaryware Manufacturers to the Bathroom Manufacturers Association in 2001 to now: an association representing the entire bathroom ecosystem, from designers and specifiers to plumbers, merchants, manufacturers and beyond.
Throughout the event, we celebrated everything our members have helped us achieve so far – from influencing UK and EU regulation to launching the Unified Water Label and shaping the future through the Windsor Declaration. And we shared our ambition for tomorrow: a future where our collective insight, influence and impact drive progress in sustainability, quality, and growth.
“If you contribute to the creation of a public or private bathroom in the UK, there is a place for you in the Bathroom Association,” said Craig Baker during his speech. “This is your platform. A place to share knowledge, solve challenges, and shape the future.”
This is just the beginning. We invite every business and individual working to make bathrooms better to be part of our growing community.
Together, we are stronger. Welcome to the Bathroom Association.
