Earlier this week, Senior Sales Manager from Lyrical Communications, David Ventris-Field, provided members with an in-depth look at the BMA Bathroom Zone at the InstallerSHOW 2023.
The presentation looked at audience data and testimonials from 2022 and provided insight into the people who will attend the event to look for bathroom suppliers next year.
David outlined the various ‘personas’ attending, from the employed installer to the engineers and contractors to apprentices and trainees.
This year’s show saw 9,891 visitors, 300 exhibitors, and 100+ speakers, with bathroom brands playing an ever-increasing important role for visitors. According to Fusion surveys’ visitor feedback, InstallerShow was rated in the top 10% of all shows in the last 12 months.
Next year’s show will be bigger and move to Hall 5 of the NEC from 27-29 June 2023. The floor space will be 24,000m2 compared to 14,500m2 in 2022, attracting 15,000 visitors, 400 exhibitors and 150+ speakers.
David discussed bathrooms as a key growth area and their wish to work with BMA members to share the benefits of the growth.
The Bathroom Zone at next year’s event will host many BMA members and bathroom manufacturers with space dedicated to keynote presentations, breakfast networking, panel conversations, 1-1 interviews, video and podcast recordings, and informal networking with refreshments and a drinks reception.
The BMA announced its partnership with InstallerSHOW earlier this year.
The zone is intended to provide bathroom manufacturers with a meaningful trade show experience, improve awareness of the BMA as a leading thought leader and be a central hub for connections and networking.
David’s expert team will work with the BMA throughout the course of the year to promote, design and build the zone, providing assets for cross-promotion and working on the content plan to promote speakers and sessions.
The BMA Bathroom Zone presentation is now available for viewing.
