Firstly, participants will hear about Axia and Strategi’s senior leadership level 7 apprenticeship tailored specifically for women. Keen to address the gender pay gap which affects women over the duration of their careers, Victoria and Wendy will outline the newly launched programme and their aspirations for it.
Secondly, the Construction Inclusion Coalition is a pan-construction initiative to address the lack of gender balance within the industry as a whole. Ambassador Jen Cassidy, herself a female leader within the bathroom sector will share the rationale behind the CIC and how it aims to make a difference.
