Bathnet, a new platform that brings both retailers and suppliers together, has joined the BMA as an affiliate member.
Hosting exhibitions, networking opportunities, website listings, and vlogs, Bathnet will create a new experience for manufacturers/suppliers and retailers that focuses on the bathroom industry.
They will initially hold three exhibitions, one in the South, one in the Midlands and one in the North. The first, Bathnet South, will be held on 23rd & 24th February 2023 at the Mercure Great Danes Hotel in Maidstone, Kent.
Any brands that are interested in the exhibitions should contact [email protected].
Bathnet South will also host the Bathnet Awards, rewarding the bathroom industry for what it does best across several categories.
Nominations are being accepted through the Bathnet website now, where suppliers will vote for retailers and retailers for suppliers.
During all the 2-day exhibitions, bathroom suppliers/manufacturers can showcase their products and services to a regional audience. Focusing on people, Bathnet exhibitions are entirely free to attend for retailers who can also list their showrooms on the website for free, enabling extra awareness of their business.
Tom Reynolds, Chief Executive of the Bathroom Manufacturers Association, said: “We’re excited to welcome Bathnet on board and are looking forward to their programme of exhibitions.
“We will always encourage networking and collaboration, and Bathnet has an offering which I hope will enable further success for the bathroom industry.”
Harj Panesar, Managing Director of Bathnet, said: “After speaking with many retailers and brands, I recognised there was a gap in the market for the supplier and retailer relationship, and I will visit retailers up and down the country to raise awareness of forthcoming exhibitions.
“I am grateful to be a member of the Bathroom Manufacturers Association, which is such a key establishment in our industry.”
