Wilson Brook join BMA as an affiliate member

Executive search and consulting company Wilson Brook has joined the Bathroom Manufacturers Association as an affiliate member.

Founder and Managing Director Neil Holloway started in recruitment in 2000. After many years within the sector, he established his own executive search and consulting business in late 2018.

Wilson Brook has specific sector knowledge and an excellent track record within the bathroom, plumbing and heating, and wider building materials markets, working with manufacturers, distributors and merchants. They recruit from board to senior management (their lowest salary bracket is £60-80k) across all functional areas across the UK and Europe. They have worked with the likes of LBS, JT Dove, JT Atkinson, Buttles, Elliotts, Global Stone, Triton, Fibo, Sentinel, Keylite, Selco, Baxi, Woodstock, Fluidmaster, Aqualisa, Kelsda, H&B, NMBS and many others.

They work on fixed fees to remove any conflict of interest, guaranteeing an excellent shortlist every time, and they guarantee all their placements for 12 months.

Neil explains, “At Wilson Brook, we provide a much more personalised service. We aren’t reliant on junior, inexperienced researchers who ultimately don’t do the job as well as they should.

“I am passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers, both companies and individuals. Our process is unbeatable, and our commercial proposition is unique.
“We’re looking forward to engaging with the BMA membership and ensuring we can offer the gold standard in recruitment services.”

BMA Chief Executive Tom Reynolds said: “The bathroom manufacturing sector has faced some challenging economic headwinds recently, but there’s a growing sense of optimism now that we’ve turned a corner.

“Growth will happen for our members this year, and with growth comes opportunity. I welcome Wilson Brook as an affiliate member and expect their unwavering commitment to excellence will assist our members in any recruitment drive to achieve sustained growth.”
