Yvonne Orgill, business development director at Bathroom Manufacturers Association, (BMA) and MD at the Unified Water Label, (UWL) has joined the board at the National Home Improvement Council, (NHIC).
Yvonne takes on the role of chair of the NHIC board of trustees and is the first women to hold this position.
Yvonne said, “I am delighted to have this opportunity to work with the NHIC board. My passions are aligned with the NHIC strategy to drive forward the promotion of energy-efficient home improvements, reducing the number of households living in fuel poverty and reduce climate impact from housing.
BMA CEO Tom Reynolds added, “The NHIC is a strategic partner of the BMA as we share an ambition to get the conditions right for home improvement. Yvonne’s appointment to the board will enable us to build an even stronger partnership”.
