SPEAKERS CONFIRMED FOR BMA HR DIRECTORS FORUM

The BMA has confirmed an exciting line-up of speakers for its first business forum, the HR Directors Forum, which takes place on 30 March.

The forum provides an opportunity for those in HR roles to update their knowledge and share best practice. Topics to be covered include; HR case law, employee benefits, recruiting the best, effective benchmarking and analysis, how to encourage diversity, managing millennials and nurturing future leaders.

The day incorporates presentations, discussions and a panel debate, allowing delegates the opportunity to engage and network.

The speakers confirmed include leading professionals from business, trade unions and organisations such as; Sharon Auld, Head of Employment, Prosperity Law; Jonathan McArdle, Marsh Commercial; Jordan Burns, Simon Acres Recruitment; Dr Aikaterini  Koskina, Keele Business School; Richard Iferenta, Chair, Race Equality Leadership Team, BITC; Mike Kelly, HR Director, Ideal Standard and Kate Cooper, Head of Research, Policy and Standards, Institute of Leadership and Management.

The HR Directors Forum takes place on 30 March at Trent House, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2LW from 9.00 am until 15.10 pm.  Places are FREE for BMA members, £69 plus VAT for non-members.
