Grafton Merchanting Distribution (GM Distribution) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grafton Group Plc. Our Sole Mission is to provide logistics and administration services to Grafton Group businesses on a not-for-profit basis. GM Distribution are tasked with sourcing good quality products mainly for Grafton Group brands Plumbase and Buildbase, we are currently their 8th largest supplier and 2nd when based on through margin and in 2016 we helped these brands generate £7.9M in through margin. We also supply 13 other Grafton business units across UK and Ireland and these include Selco, NDI and MacNaughton Blair. Our products are private labelled products, predominantly in Suregraft branding. Suregraft was developed to identify high margin alternatives to Branded products to Branches and this enables the Grafton Group to have a group-wide private label brand that covers all product categories. The Products sourced are to be the same or better specification than branded equivalent, the Quality is not compromised for a cheaper price, suppliers chosen following quality and ethical audits and all our products are covered by the relevant certification
